Self-Love, empowering women

It takes great courage to let go of things that aren’t working. Take some time out to discover what areas of your life simply aren’t bringing you a sense of peace and bliss.

We live in a society where everything seems so fast, fast love, fast living…and in rushing to the finish line, we forget to be grateful for our many blessings and talents.

So what is your special talent? Are you sharing your talent (s) with the world or are you simply holding back your amazing gifts?

For women in particular who have to multi-task and be mindful not only of their image but of their relationships and finances, today’s “busy” society has led many women to fatigue and depletion, depletion of energy because they continue to give so much to others and have limited time for their own “self-check”

When was the last time you did something special for yourself? A lovely long massage, a stroll in the park, a pedicure/manicure?

Have you spent far too long trying to impress others and forgotten about your own heart and needs?

Take a quick self-love moment and identify 3 things that you can do this week for your own happiness.

Remember life wasn’t meant to be perfect. When you let go of the need to be right and perfect, you will find that it is both okay and acceptable to show yourself love.

No need to be shy, just embrace your imperfections and vulnerabilities.

Trust in your special talents. You have a great deal of learning and living to do.

Just take the initiative to be kind to yourself.

Self-love isn’t always easy; however, it is necessary for self-awareness and development.

You cannot grow if you are unwilling to have the courage and self-love/acceptance to do so.

P.S Go ahead beautiful, love yourself a little more…
